Return and Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of personal care products, hair care and skincare, we inform you that returns or exchanges are not available, except in the following cases:

Cases Where Returns Are Allowed:

• Receiving a wrong product (does not match the order).

• Product is damaged or defective upon receipt.

• Receiving a previously used product.

Return Acceptance Conditions:

• The product must be unused and unopened.

• It must be in the same condition as received.

• It must be in the complete original packaging.

• A clear photo of the product at the moment of receipt must be sent via email or page messages within 24 hours of delivery, to ensure return eligibility.

The HIYRA team will review the photos and details to verify the product return eligibility.

If approved, the amount will be refunded through the same available payment methods, after deducting shipping fees.

Product Return Process

Once the product is received and inspected, you will be notified via email or phone call during our business hours with the decision to approve or reject.

In Case of Rejection:

• If the product does not match the attached photo, the product will be returned to the customer without a refund.

• The customer bears the shipping costs.

In Case of Approval:

• If the customer requested a replacement: the new product will be sent.

• If the customer requested a return: the amount will be refunded to the same original payment method after deducting shipping costs.

Refund Process

Cash Payment:

The amount is refunded through InstaPay within 3 business days, and the amount will not be refunded with the courier.

Card Payment:

The amount is refunded to the card used for payment within 7 days.
