- Cairo and major cities: approximately 2 to 5 business days
- Other governorates and remote areas: approximately 3 to 7 business days
These timelines are estimates and may vary during busy seasons, public holidays, campaigns, or circumstances outside Hiyra's control.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees may vary depending on delivery location, courier service, order value, or any active shipping offers.
The final shipping fee will be shown at checkout before completing your order. If a free shipping offer is active, it will be applied according to the offer conditions displayed on the website.
Delivery Areas
Hiyra delivers to available serviceable areas through our shipping partners.
Some remote areas may require additional delivery time or may not be covered by the courier service. If there is any issue with your delivery area, our support team will contact you.
Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you may receive an order confirmation through the contact method used during checkout.
Please make sure your phone number, address, and contact details are correct to avoid delivery delays.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier cannot reach you or the address information is incomplete or incorrect, delivery may be delayed or returned.
In case of failed delivery due to incorrect contact details, unavailable customer, or refusal to receive the order, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping fees.

Although we always aim to deliver as quickly as possible, delays may happen due to:

- Public holidays or high order volume
- Incorrect or incomplete address details

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, wrong, or previously used product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details.
Eligible cases will be handled according to our Exchange & Return Policy.
